Cool man, hit us up if you wanna do a review/etc for Destroy Babylon or Growlers. We’re at Great Scott next two Sundays (3/1, 3/8), and are finishing up our RPM album.
The fine folks at Fenway Recordings are offering a pair of tickets to see Bodega Girls and The Constellations at Great Scott (2/4). This show is bound to leave you a hot mess. Hometown heroes Bodega Girls offer “an orgy of sleaze, desire, and rock and roll music – brought to life in bouncy, jiggly technicolor,” the perfect complement to Atlanta’s uber-group The Constellations. Their Southern Gothic trawl through the underbelly of the ATL will play nicely in Alston, even on a Tuesday night. Want in? E-mail melophobe.boston@gmail.com, and tell us your favorite star formation or item found in your local corner store. Winners will be announced on February 3rd.
